Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across StayVista, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified and diverse talent. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process. The role also involves maintaining candidate relationships, overseeing offer negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

The Specialist will track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system,



and contribute to employer branding initiatives such as career events and social media campaigns. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, understand business and role requirements, and translate them into clear job descriptions and selection criteria.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or HR software, maintaining recruitment data, and tracking key hiring metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and provide clear feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, or recruitment marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
