Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Pune City.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for diverse roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality talent pipelines.



The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain candidate relationships, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment metrics, working with HR and business teams on workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with Interviewing and Hiring processes, collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
- Capability in Employer Branding, helping promote the organization’s culture and value proposition to potential candidates.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition within financial services, fintech, or fast-growing startups is beneficial.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple requisitions, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
