Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Limbdi.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, and corporate positions, while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives,



collaborate with HR and leadership to understand workforce needs, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.

Daily responsibilities also include managing job postings, working with external recruitment partners when needed, and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to support selection decisions and conduct structured, fair assessments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to strengthen the organization’s visibility and attractiveness to potential talent.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, preferably with exposure to automotive or precision component sectors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and common productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
