Coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements within TAT. Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, joining ratios, and onboarding. Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and sourcing pipelines.

Mandatory Requirements

Core experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment is mandatory. Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate pipeline management.

Experience in bulk hiring and stakeholder management will be an added advantage. Robust communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Immediate joiners preferred. ?
