About the RoleWe are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition professional with experience in hyperlocal delivery, last-mile logistics, quick commerce or mobility businesses to help us build high-performing teams as we scale.

The role will initially focus on hiring internal employees across Logistics and Operations, including City Operations, Area Management, Supply, Fleet, Control Tower and Business Operations. As the business expands, you will progressively take ownership of hiring across Travel, Telecom, Marketing, Brand, Sales, Partnerships and other corporate functions.

You will work closely with business leaders to understand organizational requirements, build talent pipelines and hire professionals who can drive business growth.

This is an opportunity to build and lead the Talent Acquisition function as the organization scales, with exposure to multiple businesses and the potential to grow into a broader Talent Acquisition leadership role.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations &

- Logistics Hiring

- Own end-to-end recruitment for internal Operations and Logistics positions.
- Hire for roles such as City Operations Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Supply Manager, Fleet Manager, Control Tower Manager, Vendor Operations and Business Operations.
- Understand the organizational structures and operating models of hyperlocal delivery and last-mile logistics businesses.
- Build talent pipelines for operational leadership and middle-management positions.
- Identify candidates from competing logistics, mobility and quick-commerce companies.

2. Business & • Corporate Hiring
- Gradually expand hiring responsibilities across Marketing, Brand, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance and HR.
- Support recruitment for Prune's Travel and Telecom businesses as the organization grows.




- Develop sourcing strategies for specialist and managerial positions across business functions.

Stakeholder

Management
- Work closely with founders, business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Translate business plans into actionable hiring priorities.
- Advise hiring managers on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks and market trends.
- Manage interview processes, feedback, offer negotiations and candidate closure.

Talent

Sourcing &

• Market Mapping
- Build solid candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
- Map relevant talent pools across competing organizations.
- Develop relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
- Use recruitment agencies selectively for difficult-to-fill or specialized positions.

Recruitment

Process &

• Analytics
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement briefing to onboarding.
- Track hiring metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate and Hiring Funnel Conversion.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
- Improve sourcing effectiveness, interview turnaround time and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Establish scalable recruitment processes and improve the overall candidate experience.

6. Building the Talent Acquisition Function
- Help establish structured recruitment processes, hiring dashboards and sourcing practices.
- Strengthen employee referral programs and employer branding.
- Build a long-term talent database for recurring and future requirements.
- Contribute to developing a scalable Talent Acquisition team as the company expands across business verticals.





Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a hyperlocal delivery, last-mile logistics, quick commerce, mobility or technology-led consumer business.
- Solid experience in end-to-end hiring for internal Operations, Business and Corporate positions.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting managerial and mid-level operational talent.
- Experience partnering directly with business heads and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial workplace with high ownership and accountability.

Preferred Company BackgroundCandidates currently working or having previously worked in Talent Acquisition teams at companies such as: Hyperlocal & Last-Mile Logistics: Shadowfax, Porter, LoadShare Networks, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Pidge, Ekart and Shiprocket.

Quick Commerce & Delivery: Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Zomato and BigBasket.

Mobility & EV Logistics: Rapido, Zypp Electric, Uber and Ola.

Experience in comparable high-growth logistics or technology-led businesses will also be considered.

Important ClarificationThis role focuses on hiring the internal teams that manage and scale the business, including Operations Managers, City Managers, Supply Managers, Fleet Managers, Control Tower teams and corporate professionals.

It is not primarily a delivery-rider recruitment or field recruiter role. Experience in rider onboarding may be useful, but it is not the core requirement.
