About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You’ll get hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Reach out to candidates, follow up, and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Support the HR team with recruitment drives and other hiring-related activities.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and job portals.
- A proactive attitude and interest in HR and recruitment.
