About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment across our agency—from sourcing talent to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly, hiring timelines are tight, and your ability to stay organised and take initiative will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial calls to understand candidates’ experience, interests, compensation expectations, and availability.
- Support hiring across creative, content, digital marketing, production, and business functions.
- Manage urgent hiring requirements through proactive sourcing, prompt screening,



and efficient interview coordination.
- Build and maintain a ready pool of qualified talent, including immediate and short-notice joiners.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers to gather feedback, keep decisions moving, and minimise recruitment delays.
- Balance multiple open positions and tight turnaround times while maintaining candidate quality and a positive hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring updates.
- Follow up on assignments, documentation, and joining timelines.
- Support offer coordination and pre-joining engagement to keep candidates informed and engaged.
- Assist with job postings, hiring campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with relevant internships are welcome.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- The ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities and work with a sense of urgency.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- An interest in the media, advertising, and digital industry; prior agency recruitment exposure is a plus.
