Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning with leadership, drafting job descriptions, posting roles, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, conducting competency-based interviews, and ensuring a fair and inclusive selection process.

Manager will also develop and implement employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics, manage offer negotiation and onboarding, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies. Additionally,



the role includes building talent pipelines for critical positions and maintaining solid relationships with external recruitment partners and institutions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, cultural add, and potential objectively.
- Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s value proposition and enhancing candidate experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of relevant labor laws and best practices in equitable hiring and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition within manufacturing, retail, jewelry, or related industries is preferred.
