Experience Required: 6-10 Years in Talent Acquisition

Industry Preference: Medical Devices / Manufacturing

Candidate Requirements

- 6-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

- Experience hiring for Sales, Service, and Corporate functions.

- Exposure to Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or related industries.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Handling Sales, Service, and Corporate hiring mandates.

- Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

- Stakeholder and hiring manager management.

- Offer negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.

- Recruitment reporting, MIS, and ATS management.

- Ensuring timely closure of open positions
