- Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
- Experience: 4–5 years (mandatory)
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month CTC
- Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly, West Bengal
- Department: Human Resources
- Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
- Work Mode: In office
? Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
✅ Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
✅ Handle salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports
✅ Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements
✅ Support bulk hiring and recruitment for manufacturing and EV operations
? Who Should Apply?
1. Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
2. 4–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
3. Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, MS Excel, and recruitment reporting.
4. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
