Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Power Platform & GenAI Developer to design, build, and deploy next-generation enterprise solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-code application development and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence.
You will be responsible for creating robust enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform while integrating advanced AI capabilities like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models via Azure OpenAI. The ideal candidate possesses robust low-code expertise combined with solid traditional programming skills (Python, C#, or Node.js) to extend platform capabilities, manage complex data architectures in Dataverse, and build intelligent agents in Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI & RAG Integration

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, specifically leveraging Azure OpenAI services.




- Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to ground AI models in internal enterprise data.
- Build, test, and deploy intelligent conversational agents, chatbots, and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Fine-tune prompts, manage embeddings, and orchestrate vector data sources to ensure high-accuracy AI responses.

Power Platform Development

- Design and develop complex, high-performance Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps.
- Architect end-to-end automated workflows, system integrations, and scheduled tasks using Power Automate.
- Establish robust data models, security roles, and business rules within Microsoft Dataverse.
- Build custom connectors and environment extensions using Python, C#, or Node.js when out-of-the-box actions hit limitations.
