- Domain expert in Refrigeration, HVAC-R, Asset Reliability, Predictive Maintenance, or Industrial Operations
- Experience working with Industry 4.0, IoT, Analytics, and Machine Learning initiatives
- Expertise in Data analytics, sensor data interpretation, and predictive model validation
- Define business rules, KPIs, and operational requirements for predictive analytics solutions.
- Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to develop, validate, and improve predictive models.
- Conduct functional validation, UAT, and business acceptance of predictive maintenance applications.
- Engage business stakeholders and drive adoption of data-driven maintenance and reliability practices.
