Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Capital Market Process Consultant to identify opportunities for AI/GenAI, automation, process optimization, and productivity improvement. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess existing processes, develop transformation recommendations, quantify business benefits, and build business cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery workshops with Capital Markets business stakeholders and SMEs.

- Assess current-state processes, SOPs, process maps, KPIs, and operational challenges.

- Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI, automation, workflow orchestration, and process improvement.

- Evaluate transaction management, brokerage operations, investment sales, research, analytics, and deal-support processes.

- Quantify business value, productivity gains, FTE capacity creation, cycle-time improvements, and ROI.

- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and process improvement recommendations.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior business, technology, and transformation leaders.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operating-model transformation and implementation planning.

Required Experience and Skills

- 15-20 years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services Operations, Consulting, or Shared Services transformation.

- Robust understanding of Capital Markets processes, transaction support, research, analytics, and operational workflows.

- Experience in process consulting, business transformation, automation, or AI-led operating-model redesign.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-case development skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.

- Ability to assess processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business challenges into actionable recommendations.

Preferred: Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience, exposure to investment or valuation workflows, and experience with AI/GenAI-enabled transformation initiatives.
