Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer – Supply Chain Associate to deliver vocational training aligned with the Supply Chain Associate (LSC/Q3201) job role. The Trainer will provide theoretical and practical instruction in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and in-plant warehousing operations, equipping trainees with the technical skills and workplace readiness needed for careers in the logistics and supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and hands-on training aligned with the Supply Chain Associate (LSC/Q3201) curriculum and applicable training standards.
- Teach core supply chain and logistics concepts, including inbound and outbound logistics, receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and material handling.
- Train learners in inventory management, stock verification, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.
- Provide practical exposure to warehouse operations such as material receipt, put-away, order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Demonstrate proper use of material handling equipment and protected operating practices.
- Guide trainees through warehouse documentation, including stock records, inventory registers, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and dispatch paperwork.
- Introduce trainees to basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, barcode scanning, and digital inventory tools, as applicable.
- Instill 5S practices, workplace organisation, safety procedures, and quality/housekeeping standards for warehouse and logistics environments.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainees' theoretical knowledge and practical competencies.




- Mentor trainees individually to strengthen their technical and employability skills.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and trainee progress records.
- Coordinate with the centre/project team to ensure effective programme delivery.
- Support trainees in building workplace readiness, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure all training is practical, industry-relevant, and aligned with logistics and supply chain sector standards.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant vocational or professional qualifications in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management may also be considered, subject to project requirements.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and/or in-plant warehousing.
- Hands-on exposure to logistics handling, warehouse processes, inventory management, and material movement.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or facilitating vocational/skill development programmes is preferred.

Key Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Practical understanding of logistics and material handling processes.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Strong classroom and trainee management abilities.
- Skilled in conducting practical demonstrations and competency-based assessments.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital logistics tools.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to vocational education and youth skill development.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per year
