Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement coordination, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfilment.

The candidate should have strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills, with a focus on product availability, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and working capital management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage demand forecasting, supply planning, and monthly S&OP; coordination.
- Coordinate production planning and raw material and packaging procurement.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock-outs, excess stock, and expiry.
- Oversee warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory accuracy.
- Manage order processing, dispatch, transportation, and timely customer deliveries.
- Ensure supply chain support for e-commerce,



quick-commerce, D2C, contemporary trade, and general trade channels.
- Monitor fill rates, OTIF, supplier performance, logistics costs, and inventory ageing.
- Develop MIS dashboards, SOPs, and corrective action plans to improve operational performance.
- Lead and coordinate purchase, planning, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch functions.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end supply chain or operations management.
- Hands-on experience in demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Experience in FMCG/food/consumer products is preferred.
- Exposure to e-commerce and quick-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
