Qualified experience: 4 to 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct dimensional inspection of fabricated parts (Can, Motor stool, column pipes, base frame, etc.) using measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and dial indicators etc.
- Perform API plan inspection for visual, dimensional, hydro test, NDT inspection, documenst review etc.
- Execute NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities including DPI, RT, UT as per requirements.
- Verify that vendor manufacturing processes follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and corrective action requests as required.
- Ensure that all inspection results are documented accurately and submitted to quality management or clients.
- Communicate inspection findings and work with vendors to resolve quality issues.




- Identify recurring issues in vendor quality performance and provide feedback for process improvements through notifications and improvement actions

Functional Skills:

- Knowledge and well familiar with measuring instruments
- Knowledge of fabrication processes
- Awareness of NDT Testings.
- Well understood machining & fabrication drawings along with code and relative standards.
