Role Overview
Ne are looking for a Student Success Manager to manage front-desk responsibilities, handle student queries, and ensure a smooth support experience for our learners
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student calls professionally
- Assist students with course-related queries
- Manage visitor interactions at the office
- Maintain records and basic documentation
- Support internal coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates may apply)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Professional communication and phone etiquette
- Compensation:
Salary up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
