Role Description As a full-time Student Intern at Vishuddha Manthan, you will support ongoing projects, assist with research and documentation, and help coordinate events and activities. You will contribute to content creation, data collection, and basic analysis, as well as provide administrative and logistical support to project leads. Daily tasks may include preparing reports, maintaining records, communicating with team members and stakeholders, and participating in meetings and planning sessions.

This is an on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar,



where you will work closely with mentors and colleagues to gain practical exposure, build professional skills, and understand organizational processes.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in any discipline; interest in social impact, education, or community work is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Basic research and analytical abilities, including gathering information, organizing data, and preparing simple reports or summaries.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations) and willingness to learn recent digital tools.
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward learning from feedback and working on varied tasks.
- Ability to work in a group remotely.
