## About the Role

Tevvo Academy is looking for a confident, student-friendly qualified to connect with prospective students, guide them in choosing the right career-oriented programmes, and support them throughout the admission process.

This role involves building relationships with students through phone calls, providing programme information, counselling walk-in enquiries, and converting genuine student interest into enrolments.

## Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and explain Tevvo Academy’s courses and career-oriented programmes.
- Follow up with student enquiries received through digital campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Welcome walk-in students and understand their educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Guide students in selecting suitable programmes and explain course details, duration, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with interested students and support them through enrolment.
- Maintain student enquiry records, follow-up updates, and admission reports.




- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve student engagement and enrolment.

## Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students over the phone and interacting with walk-in visitors.
- Friendly, confident, persuasive, and service-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain enquiry records.
- Previous experience in admissions, education counselling, customer relations, or student engagement is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
