At FinTrainers, we help students navigate the CFA journey. We're looking for a Student Academic Counsellor who can guide aspiring candidates with clarity, empathy and honesty.

What you'll do

• Guide CFA aspirants on whether the program is right for them, and recommend alternatives when it isn't.

- Handle enquiries from prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Keep enrolled students informed about class schedules, batch updates and portal access.
- Follow up on student progress, mock exam performance and exam readiness.
- Be a reliable point of contact for students throughout their learning journey.

Who we're looking for

• Excellent spoken and written English. Conversational Tamil is a plus.





- An empathetic listener who advises honestly rather than pushing a sale.
- Organised, dependable and consistent with follow-ups.
- Calm and reassuring when dealing with anxious students.
- A finance or commerce background is a plus, but not essential.
