Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Student Enrollment & Community Engagement Associate to manage incoming inquiries, engage prospective students, coordinate bootcamp registrations, and support the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management

- Maintain prospective student records in Google Sheets or the designated CRM.
- Record student name, contact details, professional background, program interest, and lead status.
- Respond to incoming inquiries through approved communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students according to the agreed schedule.

2. WhatsApp and Community Management

- Manage approved WhatsApp and Discord community activities.
- Welcome new community members and share program announcements.
- Publish approved educational resources, webinar details, and registration reminders.
- Answer routine questions using founder-approved FAQs and program information.

3. Student Enrollment

- Share program brochures, curriculum details, schedules, and approved pricing.
- Explain enrollment steps and direct interested students to the official registration and payment pages.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects for founder-led counseling.
- Schedule enrollment discussions with the founder.




- Follow up with prospects who have requested additional information.

4. Bootcamp and Webinar Coordination

- Maintain participant registration lists.
- Send registration confirmations and reminders.
- Track attendance at free webinars and AI Architecture bootcamps.
- Contact attendees after events to understand their interests and explain relevant paid programs.
- Maintain records of registrations, attendance, and enrollment outcomes.

5. Student Onboarding

- Send welcome messages to confirmed students.
- Share approved learning schedules and onboarding instructions.
- Coordinate access to the learning platform and community.
- Collect feedback and direct academic questions to the trainer.

6. Reporting and Documentation

- Update the CRM daily.
- Maintain a record of new leads, follow-ups, counseling appointments, and enrollments.
- Submit a weekly enrollment report.
- Identify common questions and objections raised by prospective students.

Expected Weekly Deliverables
- All new leads recorded in the CRM
- Follow-ups completed according to the agreed schedule
- 25–50 prospective students contacted, depending on lead availability and contact permissions




- Registration and attendance tracking for scheduled events
- All qualified, interested prospects referred to the founder
- 1 weekly enrollment performance report

Targets should be finalized after agreeing on working hours and expected lead volumes.

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Organized follow-up and recordkeeping
- Skilled and courteous communication
- Interest in AI education and professional training

Preferred Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Experience in customer support, student coordination, community management, or inside sales
- Familiarity with Discord, email marketing, or CRM tools

Performance Metrics
- Percentage of leads followed up on time
- Accuracy of CRM records
- Number of qualified counseling appointments scheduled
- Bootcamp registration and attendance tracking
- Enrollment conversion support
- Student inquiry response time

Compensation ₹5,000 per month.

This role is intended for a part-time or internship arrangement, with agreed working hours, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
