- Job Responsibilities
- Material Receiving: Cement, steel, sand, aggregate, blocks, chemicals, plumbing, electrical aur finishing materials receive karna.
- Material Verification: Delivery challan, purchase order aur actual received quantity ko verify karna.
- Material Inspection: Material ki quality, specification, brand aur quantity check karna; discrepancy hone par senior ko inform karna.
- Stock Management: Daily stock register aur material inward/outward records maintain karna.
- Material Issue: Authorized Material Requisition Slip (MRS) ke against site engineers aur contractors ko material issue karna.
- Inventory Control: Minimum stock maintain karna aur shortage ki advance information dena.
- Material Reconciliation: Cement, steel aur other major materials ki periodic reconciliation karna.
- Documentation: delivery challan, material issue slips, returnable gate pass aur non-returnable gate pass maintain karna.
- Storage & Safety: Materials ko proper stacking, tagging aur secure storage ke saath rakhna; cement ko moisture se protect karna.
- Physical Verification: Daily/weekly stock checking karna aur physical stock ko register ke saath match karna.
- Material Return: Surplus,



unused aur damaged materials ka record maintain karna.
- Coordination: Purchase, accounts, QA/QC, security aur site execution team ke saath coordinate karna.
- MIS Reporting: Daily material receipt, issue, closing stock aur shortage report Project Manager ko submit karna.
- Candidate should have prior experience in a Mivan project and sound knowledge of Mivan aluminium formwork materials and accessories.
- Educational Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate candidates preferred.
- Civil construction site store mein 2–5 years ka experience preferred.
- High-rise residential project ka experience desirable.
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, email aur inventory software.
- Material challan, stock register aur inventory documentation ki knowledge.
- Required Skills
- Material identification aur quantity checking.
- Inventory management and record keeping.
- Basic understanding of construction materials.
- Honest, disciplined and detail-oriented.
- Site staff aur vendors ke saath coordination skills.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stock records ki accuracy.
- Material shortage aur wastage par control.
- Timely material receipt and issue.
- Proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Unauthorized material issue aur stock discrepancies ko prevent karna.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
