Role Description The Store Manager role at Tea Post is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Store

Manager oversees daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, guiding them in delivering high-quality customer service, monitoring product quality, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The role requires managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing basic retail loss prevention practices.

Manager also handles customer feedback, supports local marketing initiatives, tracks store performance metrics, and reports operational and sales data to company leadership.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skill set, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for interacting with guests and leading store teams.
- Operational skills in Store Management, including staffing, inventory control, and daily café administration.
- Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Previous experience in retail, café, or restaurant management is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
