:

- 24x7 Shifts Support
- Administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting of storage and SAN switches
- Space allocation & MIS reporting for storage.
- Support during Migration process, DR drills and DR Live exchange operations.
- Operational Procedure documentation of activities related to storage (SOP, POA, etc.)
- Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Management of storage devices.
- Support for any planned / unplanned activities as and when required by NCDEX.
- Call Logging, follow Up and tracking calls logged with vendors.
- Updating all request & status into NCDEX's System.




- Preparation of various documents including Standard Operating Procedure / Minutes of Meeting / Plan of Action / Incident Reports / Change Request / IMAC etc.
- Timely closure of Audit and internal assessment points.
- Support during Migration process, DR drills and DR Live exchange operations.
- Assets tagging, labeling and inventory management.
- Capacity planning of storage devices.
- Configuration backup of all storage devices.
- Vendor co-ordination and management.
- Tracking of vendor SLA's.
- Processes automation wherever applicable.
- Support of Infrastructure on cloud.
