We are looking for an experienced State Head to lead and scale the DSA / MOD Channel business for Mumbai.

? Key Responsibilities

- Drive Affordable Home Loans & LAP business through the DSA / MOD channel.
- Build, manage and expand strong DSA / channel partner relationships.
- Lead teams and drive Login, Sanction, Disbursal & Cheque Handover productivity.
- Develop new markets and strengthen the existing partner network.
- Coach and mentor BSM/CSM/RM teams to achieve business targets.
- Ensure quality growth, robust execution and portfolio discipline.

? Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Affordable Housing / Home Loans / LAP.
- Strong experience in DSA / Channel Business.




- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering business growth.
- Strong Mumbai market and DSA network will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently serving notice period will be preferred.
- High ownership, strong leadership and result-oriented mindset.
