Role Description The Station Operations Supervisor (Last Mile Delivery Hub) is a full time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the delivery station. The supervisor will manage shift schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate last-mile deliveries. This role includes monitoring productivity, tracking key performance indicators, and implementing process improvements to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

The supervisor will lead and mentor hub staff, handle escalations,



and ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and client requirements. Regular responsibilities also involve collaborating with transport and warehousing teams, preparing operational reports, and supporting smooth hub functioning during peak volumes.

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff mentoring.
- Candidates should possess solid operations and operations management skills, with experience in hub management, process optimization, and workflow coordination.
