We are looking for an experienced State Head to lead and scale the DSA / MOD Channel business for Mumbai.

? Key Responsibilities

Drive Affordable Home Loans & LAP business through the DSA / MOD channel.

Build, manage and expand strong DSA / channel partner relationships.

Lead teams and drive Login, Sanction, Disbursal & Cheque Handover productivity.

Develop new markets and strengthen the existing partner network.

Coach and mentor BSM/CSM/RM teams to achieve business targets.

Ensure quality growth, strong execution and portfolio discipline.

? Ideal Candidate

10+ years of relevant experience in Affordable Housing / Home Loans / LAP.

Strong experience in DSA / Channel Business.





Proven track record of managing teams and delivering business growth.

Strong Mumbai market and DSA network will be an advantage.

Candidates currently serving notice period will be preferred.

High ownership, robust leadership and result-oriented mindset.
