# : Staff Nurse – Fresher

Location - Gummedpundi,chennai.

## Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate fresher nurses to join healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics and healthcare centres. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a patient-focused approach and a willingness to learn and provide quality nursing care.

## Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic nursing care and assistance to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure and respiration.
- Assist doctors during examinations, treatments and medical procedures.
- Administer medications as prescribed and as permitted by applicable protocols and scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection prevention, hygiene and patient safety procedures.
- Assist with patient admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on basic healthcare instructions.




- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care equipment.
- Follow hospital policies, professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and report changes in patient condition to senior nursing staff.

## Eligibility Criteria

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council, as required for the role.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care and infection control.
- Positive communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate attitude, patience and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, night shifts and weekends, if required.
