Key Skill Requirements

- Solid experience in WordPress, Framer, Squarespace, and Webflow
- Expertise in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL
- Experience in custom WordPress theme and plugin development
- Elementor, Gutenberg, REST APIs, and third-party integrations
- Hosting, DNS, SSL, cPanel, website migrations, and deployments
- Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, AEO, and website performance optimization
- Git/GitHub knowledge
- Good understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility
- React.js / Next.js experience will be an added advantage

Assessment Task Candidates shortlisted for the next stage will be required to complete a practical assessment.

Assessment Objective:



Convert the provided Figma design into a fully responsive website using Framer, closely matching the original design, layout, animations, and interactions.

Assessment Requirements

- Accurate Figma-to-Framer conversion
- Responsive implementation for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile
- Scroll-based animations and hover interactions
- Mobile-optimized layouts
- Smooth performance and optimized asset handling
- Well-structured and editable Framer project

Assessment Timeline The completed assessment must be submitted within 2-4 days of receiving the Figma file and supporting assets.
