We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Trip Designer to design, develop, and coordinate customized travel itineraries based on clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel requirements. The candidate should possess strong destination knowledge, excellent planning and coordination skills, and the ability to create unique and memorable travel experiences. The role also involves handling complex itineraries, coordinating with suppliers and travel partners, and guiding junior team members to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.

- Design and develop customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, interests, and travel objectives.
- Handle complex travel requirements, including multi-country tours, family holidays, honeymoon packages, luxury travel, group tours, and tailor-made vacations.
- Research destinations, hotels, resorts, sightseeing options, transportation, activities, and unique travel experiences.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, and other service providers to obtain suitable rates and arrangements.
- Prepare detailed travel proposals, itineraries, quotations, and cost breakdowns for clients and sales teams.
- Ensure the accuracy of pricing,



inclusions, exclusions, travel schedules, hotel categories, transfers, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide suitable travel solutions within the specified budget.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and value-added services while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, seasonal offers, and current travel experiences.
- Ensure all bookings and travel arrangements are coordinated efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Review itineraries and proposals prepared by junior team members and provide guidance wherever required.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely confirmations and smooth service delivery.
- Handle itinerary revisions, special requests, and travel-related issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ensure all travel documents, confirmations, vouchers, and itinerary details are accurate and properly maintained.
- Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve itinerary quality and customer satisfaction.
