Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the PHP development team.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in Git and code review practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing development teams and project deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
