Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Executive – Pellet Mechanical to manage shift-wise mechanical maintenance activities in our Pellet Plant, ensuring maximum plant availability, minimum breakdown downtime, and adherence to preventive maintenance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure plant uptime and support production targets through effective shift maintenance.
- Attend to mechanical breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, shutdown activities, and CLTI (Cleaning, Lubrication, Tightening, and Inspection) schedules.
- Ensure timely shift handovers,



maintenance logbook updates, and equipment availability reporting.
- Coordinate manpower planning, spare parts availability, and timely requisition of maintenance materials.
- Identify maintenance abnormalities, raise notifications in the ERP system, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for major breakdowns.
- Conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and promote safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, Integrated Management System (IMS), and EHS standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to shop-floor maintenance team members.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance in a Pellet Plant.
- Experience in shift maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Valuable manpower planning, team management, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and equipment reliability skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, maintenance documentation, and ERP-based maintenance practices.
