Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and drive the smooth execution of ongoing digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to independently manage multiple accounts while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients through emails, calls, and meetings.
- Understand client objectives and requirements and translate them into transparent briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with Creative, Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, feedback, and dependencies across multiple accounts.
- Run and monitor Meta and Google Ads and provide basic performance insights and recommendations.
- Lead client meetings, share project updates, and communicate campaign performance and next steps.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, presentations, and account updates.
- Proactively identify challenges, manage client expectations, and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure a positive client experience.




- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Take ownership of account deliverables and ensure commitments are met within agreed timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members on client communication and account coordination.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Social Media, SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Creative.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong client-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple clients, projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and escalation-handling skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Slack, and Trello.
- Strong ownership, organisation, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
