: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage accounting, financial activities, administration, and store management for our interior production business in Coimbatore. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounts, ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts and Finance

- Independently manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, vouchers, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and business expenses.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic financial summaries.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and vendors.
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely completion of accounting activities.

2. Administration

- Oversee daily administrative activities and documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, payroll inputs, and related records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office records and documentation.





3. Store and Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, hardware, laminates, and other production materials.
- Monitor material inward and outward movements.
- Track stock consumption and coordinate with purchase and production teams.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory control.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, modular furniture, or interior production is an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Experience in handling administration and store/inventory management.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounts and related responsibilities.

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
