About The Role

We are looking for a Specialist – Package Implementation with strong experience in NetSuite ERP data extraction and migration, particularly across Finance and HR modules. The role focuses on preparing and extracting data from NetSuite for migration to SAP, ensuring data quality, accurate mapping, and successful validation throughout the ERP transformation process.

The candidate will assess existing NetSuite configurations and data structures to identify master data, transactional data, and historical records required for migration. The role involves extracting data using NetSuite reporting tools, saved searches, and integrations.

Working closely with SAP functional and technical teams, the specialist will support data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and migration testing. The candidate will also document migration processes, resolve data-related issues, and assist with cutover activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess NetSuite Finance and HR configurations and identify data requirements for SAP migration.
- Identify master data, transactional data, and historical records required for migration.
- Execute data extraction using NetSuite reporting, saved searches, and integrations.
- Collaborate with SAP teams on data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Conduct data quality assessments, reconciliation, and migration testing.
- Provide guidance on NetSuite data structures, dependencies, and extraction best practices.




- Troubleshoot data-related issues during migration and cutover.
- Document data extraction, mapping, validation, and migration processes.

Required Skills

- Oracle NetSuite ERP, including Finance and HR modules.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite data extraction, reporting, saved searches, and integrations.
- Experience supporting ERP migration or transformation projects.
- Understanding of data mapping, data cleansing, and migration methodologies.
- Familiarity with CSV, XML, and API-based data extraction.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred / Good To Have

- Experience with NetSuite-to-SAP migration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC data structures.
- Experience working with cross-functional Finance, HR, and ERP implementation teams.

Mandatory Skills
- Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Testing – Finance (FIN)

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience in NetSuite ERP, data extraction, and ERP migration projects. They should be comfortable working with Finance and HR data, collaborating with SAP teams, and ensuring data accuracy throughout migration, testing, and cutover activities.
