Job Title: SP3D & SPPID Admin

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SP3D & SPPID Administrator with 3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and piping engineering industry. The candidate will be responsible for administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Smart 3D (SP3D) and Smart P&ID; (SPPID) applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain SP3D (Smart 3D) and SPPID (Smart P&ID;) applications and project environments.
- Configure project settings, reference data, catalogs, specifications, and databases.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and project configurations.
- Support piping, equipment, instrumentation, and other engineering disciplines.
- Troubleshoot software issues, database connectivity, and application performance.
- Manage project setup, backups, data integrity, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical and application-related issues.
- Support model administration, drawing generation, and project data management.




- Maintain technical documentation and follow project standards and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in SP3D and SPPID administration.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, EPC, or piping engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of piping engineering workflows and 3D plant design.
- Knowledge of project setup, database configuration, catalogs, specifications, and reference data.
- Familiarity with SQL Server/database administration and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Positive problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple engineering users.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience supporting EPC projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
