EXL is looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions.

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Gurugram / Noida / Bangalore

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end AI/GenAI solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise requirements.
- Architect solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Work with AI models and platforms such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Azure OpenAI.
- Lead solution design, technical POCs, and production deployments.
- Manage and mentor technical teams, drive collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and communicate architectural decisions effectively.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers,



developers, and business leaders.
- Ensure scalability, security, governance, and performance of AI solutions.
- Drive technical strategy, solution innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, solution architecture, or related technology roles.
- Robust expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI Agents.
- Hands-on knowledge of Python, APIs, vector databases, and enterprise system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong team management, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, scalable architecture, and enterprise AI deployments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional teams toward business outcomes.
