Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Ironclad CLM Consultant / Solution Architect for an opportunity with Accenture, through Artech Infosystems.

The selected consultant will initially work remotely from India, collaborating with US-based stakeholders during EST-aligned working hours. Based on the completion of applicable visa processing, approvals, and relocation arrangements, the consultant is expected to transition to an onsite assignment in the United States.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Ironclad professional who combines hands-on implementation expertise with strong solution consulting and executive stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Ironclad CLM configuration and implementation activities.
- Independently design, configure, and implement Ironclad workflows, approval processes, business rules, and contract automation.
- Perform data mapping, field mapping, and integration-related activities.
- Develop and troubleshoot backend integrations with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Ironclad solutions.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders, including MD-level leaders.




- Recommend best practices, implementation approaches, and process optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams across India and the United States.

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. Ironclad: Minimum 5 years of recent hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
2. Workflow Configuration: Proven experience independently designing and implementing Ironclad workflows.
3. Data Mapping: Solid practical knowledge of source-to-target field mapping, contract data structures, and data validation.
4. Backend Integrations: Direct hands-on experience integrating Ironclad with other enterprise applications.
5. Communication: Excellent articulation, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
6. Solution Consulting: Ability to explain technical solutions, business benefits, implementation scope, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce experience, preferably Sales Cloud.
- Integration exposure involving Salesforce and Ironclad.
- Experience with other CLM platforms such as Conga, Icertis, or Agiloft.
- Enterprise-level CLM transformation experience.

Important Screening Note

This is a hands-on technical implementation role, not a project management or coordination position.

Candidates must have personally worked on Ironclad configuration, data mapping, workflow implementation, and backend integrations.
