We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to drive sales of solar energy solutions in Gorakhpur. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry and be comfortable handling both B2B and B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales.
- Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, dealers, and commercial clients.
- Promote rooftop solar systems and other solar energy solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales is mandatory.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and solar products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Salary & Perks
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
