Software Engineer (Freshers) – ANSI LOGIC

Location: Bengaluru or Tirupati, India (onsite, full time)

About the role

ANSI LOGIC is hiring motivated Software Engineers to join our team in India. You’ll design, build and support enterprise applications using Python, Java and the ServiceNow platform. We’re looking for quick learners with strong programming fundamentals who want to build a long-term career with us.

Prior ServiceNow experience is not required. Selected candidates go through a structured training program on the ServiceNow platform before moving into full development work.

What you will do

- Develop, test and maintain applications using Python and Java.
- Build and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts and integrations.
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code following best practices.
- Work with senior engineers and team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug and improve existing applications.
- Keep learning new tools and technologies as business needs change.

What we are looking for

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- A quick learner who adapts well to new technologies.

Preferred (not mandatory)

- An active LeetCode,



HackerRank, CodeChef or similar profile with a strong problem-solving record.
- Exposure to ServiceNow (scripting, Flow Designer, ITSM or Personal Developer Instance projects).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs or web development.
- Internships, academic projects or GitHub work showing hands-on coding.

- This is a full-time, onsite role in Bengaluru or Tirupati. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
- Because we invest significantly in training and certifications, this role requires a 3-year service commitment. The terms will be shared in the offer letter.
