About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in full-stack application development using .NET, React, SQL Server, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications and backend services while leveraging modern cloud-native architectures and AI-assisted development practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative solutions, contribute to technical improvements, and drive engineering excellence within a collaborative and quick-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
- Build and enhance modern web applications using React and related frontend technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend, backend, and external systems.
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.




- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
- Develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, and related technologies.
- Participate in application architecture discussions and recommend improvements to system scalability, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and cloud infrastructure issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver software solutions.
- Support production deployments, release management activities, and post-production issue resolution.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and development workflows.
- Generate and enhance unit tests, integration tests, and test automation assets using AI-powered tools where appropriate.
- Continuously improve existing applications by refactoring code, optimizing performance, and reducing technical debt.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 7 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET application development.
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Extensive experience with SQL Server including database design, stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Strong proficiency in React, including component design, state management, routing, and API integration.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS cloud platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming,



and application architecture patterns.
- Experience with source control systems such as Bitbucket and Git-based development workflows.
- Knowledge of pull request management, branching strategies, and collaborative code review processes.
- Experience with application debugging, performance analysis, and root cause investigation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation practices.
- Understanding of cloud-native development and scalable distributed application architecture.
- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated code for correctness, performance, maintainability, and security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
