Experience: 3+ years

As a Software Craftsperson (SC-II), you’ll work in product teams that own the whole path from design and development to deployment. Teams follow eXtreme Programming (XP) practices: pair programming, test-first development, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

What You’ll Do

- Own feature-level design, delivery and quality across the backend and frontend.
- Build reliable, maintainable and testable software using clean code principles.
- Work with engineers, designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Use AI tools to speed up development without lowering engineering quality.
- Mentor peers and help improve engineering practices and CI/CD workflows.

What You’ll Bring

- Java (backend): 3+ years of Java with strong fundamentals. Experience with Micronaut or Spring, Hibernate, Gradle or Maven, and JUnit. A solid grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns,



Collections and Multithreading.
- Angular (frontend): Hands-on experience building scalable apps with Angular and TypeScript. Solid in components, state management, data binding, routing, directives and pipes. Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Database & DevOps: Experience with relational databases and performance tuning. Familiar with Git, collaborative workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

- Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)
- RxJS
- SQL fundamentals
- Microsoft Azure
- Observability and monitoring

AI-First Development

You’ll use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Augment and Claude Code to:

- speed up development;
- catch bugs, code smells and performance issues early;
- improve results with prompt engineering.
