Key Responsibilities

- Train students in communication skills, spoken English, and presentation skills.
- Develop students' confidence, interpersonal skills, and personality.
- Conduct interactive sessions, group discussions, and role-play activities.
- Teach leadership, teamwork, time management, and interview skills.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant soft skills training experience preferred.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive training methods.
