At MealFit Cafe, we believe healthy food should be delicious, exciting, and part of a better lifestyle! ?? We're looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Specialist who can build our online presence, engage with our audience, and help more people discover MealFit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Cafe's social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Create engaging content, including reels, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Shoot and coordinate creative food photography and short-form videos.
- Stay updated with social media trends, trending audios, and viral content formats.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and customer inquiries.
- Promote recent menu items, special offers, cafe events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the cafe team to showcase our food, ambience, and brand personality.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
- Coordinate paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements




- Experience in social media marketing, preferably in the food, cafe, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, reels, and social media trends.
- Creative thinking and strong content-planning skills.
- Basic skills in video shooting, editing, and tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Good communication skills and an understanding of branding.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh ideas.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics will be an advantage.
