At CtrlCraft, we're looking for a creative and research-oriented social media professional who understands that social media is more than just posting content.

We need someone who can analyse profiles, understand why content is not performing, research trends, develop recent content ideas, and create strategies that improve reach, engagement, and overall content performance.

We’re not looking for someone who just uploads content. We’re looking for someone who knows how to make content work.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit social media profiles and identify gaps in content strategy and performance.
- Research competitors, trends, audience behaviour, and viral content.
- Develop creative content ideas, strong hooks, scripts, captions, and content calendars.
- Review reels and posts to identify what is working, what isn't, and what needs improvement.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT effectively with the right prompts, research, and creative direction—not rely on generic AI-generated content.
- Track content performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with the editing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with the strategy.




- Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes.

Skills Required
- 1–3 years of hands-on social media experience.
- Strong content research, ideation, and writing skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video content.
- Ability to analyse content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, audience retention, and engagement.
- Practical experience with AI tools and prompt writing.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
