Core focus areas include business strategy and growth consulting, sales strategy and revenue enablement, digital growth and market positioning, and new venture and product launch advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish social media content for client accounts.
- Develop content calendars and plan posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Manage day-to-day activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, and creative briefs.
- Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas.




- Coordinate with designers and video editors to execute content plans.
- Schedule posts and maintain consistent publishing calendars.
- Track reach, engagement, and other social media performance metrics.
- Suggest improvements based on audience engagement and content performance.

Requirements

- Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation.
- Good written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media tools is an advantage.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and manage multiple client accounts.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Personal projects, college assignments, or a social media portfolio are an advantage.

Work Arrangement

- Hybrid working model.
- 2 days from the office in Gurugram and 4 days working remotely.
- Hands-on exposure to real client projects and digital marketing campaigns.
