Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including creating and scheduling content, managing calendars, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and refine strategies based on data and trends. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with design and content teams, engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages,



and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also includes staying current with platform updates and best practices, proposing new ideas and formats, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have 1-2 Years of Experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and basic analytics tools to improve reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and align content with brand and campaign goals.
- Candidates should possess Writing and Communication skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with paid social advertising, familiarity with D2C brand marketing, proficiency in basic design tools or collaboration with creative teams, and the ability to interpret performance reports.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
