What You’ll Do

- Spot cultural and platform trends early enough to brief them into campaigns, not react to them after everyone else already has
- Personally generate creative concepts and content ideas for client campaigns, not just approve what lands on your desk
- Build social strategy that ties directly to each client’s actual business goals, not vanity metrics
- Lead content calendars, campaigns, and major promotional pushes across a portfolio of client accounts
- Use AI tools to speed up research, first drafts, and reporting, while keeping the actual creative and strategic calls yours
- Manage social budgets and paid campaigns across accounts




- Own client relationships directly; present strategy, creative, and results yourself
- Train and mentor junior team members and interns
- Track performance and course-correct fast, before a client has to ask why

What You Bring

- Any bachelor’s degree.
- 4–6 years of social media management experience; digital marketing agency experience required for this one, not just preferred
- A real creative point of view; you can tell a client why their idea won’t work and pitch one that will
- A track record of catching a trend early and either riding it fast or building something original off it; we want a trendsetter and a trend getter, not just a scheduler
- Sharp, practical use of AI tools to move faster; but the thinking, the strategy, and the final creative call are always yours, never outsourced to a prompt
- Real people-management experience, not just platform expertise
- Robust analytical and client-facing communication skills

Bonus Points

- A campaign or piece of content you made that actually started a trend, not just rode one. Agency experience managing 5+ brands simultaneously is an even bigger plus.
