Content stratergist and Social media manager

Location: Near Chitkara University

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Writer & Social Media Manager who can handle content creation, social media planning, and account management for multiple brands.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a solid understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging social media captions, reel scripts, hooks, and promotional content.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Research trending topics, viral content formats, and creative ideas.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to execute content plans.
- Create content in English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
- Develop creative content strategies according to client requirements.
- Track social media performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely content delivery.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
- Ability to write catchy hooks, engaging captions, and creative reel scripts.
- Good research, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in content writing or social media management is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and research is a plus.
