About the Role

BrandwepBTG Digital Marketing is looking for a creative and target-oriented Freelance Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

Manage LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram accounts.

Create engaging posts, carousels, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video content.

Develop monthly content calendars and platform-specific strategies.

Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords, and competitors.

Improve followers, subscribers, reach, views, and engagement.

Optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and SEO.

Build professional networks and brand awareness on LinkedIn.

Monitor Instagram Reels performance, reach, and audience growth.

Track analytics and submit monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.

Monthly Performance Targets

- LinkedIn

Publish 12–15 posts per month.

Increase relevant followers and engagement.

Build brand awareness and skilled connections.

- YouTube





Publish 8–12 videos or Shorts per month.

Increase subscribers, views, and watch time.

Improve video SEO and audience retention.

- Instagram

Publish 12–15 Reels per month.

Publish 8–12 static or carousel posts per month.

Increase followers, reach, shares, and engagement.

Final numerical growth targets will be agreed upon based on the current account performance and available resources.

Required Skills

Social media management and content planning.

LinkedIn marketing, YouTube SEO, and Instagram growth.

Canva, video editing, and social media analytics.

Creative writing, trend research, and reporting.

Time management and the ability to meet deadlines.

Work Mode

Hybrid: Work from home and attend office meetings or client discussions as required.

Compensation

Freelance payment will be negotiated based on experience, workload, and deliverables. Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins.
